Do I need to pre-book my video?
There is no need to pre-book. When we attend an event we video every rider from start to finish.

How much does it cost to purchase a video?
​Cross Country Video - watch online & download $75
Cross Country Video - private download $75
Retired on Cross Country Video - private download $45
Eliminated on Cross Country Video - private download $45

What are the differences between these options?

Watch Online & Download: You can view the video online & download it to your device. Everyone else can also view it online.

Private Download: You can download the video to your device. No one else can view it unless you share the link with them. 

How long does it take to receive my video?
​Once you've placed an order your video should be available within 7 working days, usually sooner. 

In what format will I receive my video? ​
Your video will be emailed to you as a link to watch online and/or download depending on which option you selected.  

Is it possible to edit/change my video? 
Edits may be possible in some circumstances, please get in touch to discuss.
